Key Characteristics
◈ Our design team optimizes multi-layer stack-up structure, high-speed differential line routing, and impedance matching calibration to ensure low-loss and synchronous transmission of massive data between GPU chips, memory, and peripheral modules. Meanwhile, we conduct targeted thermal layout optimization, reasonably arrange heat dissipation vias and high-heat area distribution, and match the heat dissipation structure of GPU hardware to avoid performance attenuation caused by overheating. In addition, we strengthen EMC electromagnetic compatibility design to suppress high-frequency signal interference generated during GPU high-load operation. GPU board designs are mainly applied in independent graphics cards, industrial computing graphics equipment, server GPU acceleration modules, and high-performance host hardware, ensuring stable high-load operation and lasting computing performance of GPU systems.
